What do you think is AVIS’ secret for being such a successful rental car agency?
The secret of maintaining success in such a competitive business is to always be improving your service. This is how you create customer loyalty year after year, and nowadays their reviews count so much. Whenever there is a bad experience, a customer with publish about it. So, we have a commitment to be clear, honest, and create unforgettable moments for renting a car with Avis.
What is your your favorite aspect about your role on any given day?
What I like about my job is that every day I learn new things, live new experiences, and meet new people in the industry. This is my every day fuel.
I see that your Los Cabos location offer Teslas currently. Would you say that’s one of the most popular rentals?
We launched over 120 Tesla 3 Series in 2022, becoming the sole rental car brand offering this type of vehicle in Latin America. Customers often ask about the battery distance capacity, and once they find out there is a 300-mile range, then they decide to rent a Tesla.
One of the most popular cars rented in Lost Cabos is the Jeep Sahara 4×4, and the Suzuki Jimny 4×4. Los Cabos connects our customers with all kinds of all-terrain vehicles.
How many vehicles are offered in your fleet?
At AVIS, we offer 22 different car classes for all budgets and car rental tastes.
What makes the Los Cabos location special?
AVIS Los Cabos is so special to our domestic and international customers for many reasons, including: a great fleet – always new cars, great locations (Airport, Downtown, San José), friendly customer service, affordable prices and promos, and loyalty to all our customers.

Yes. We just became “Visit Los Cabos” partners. So we are hoping to have huge diffusion with all channels that manage Fideicomiso de Turismo de Los Cabos. We are always open to new business opportunities.
