Here is more of our conversation:

1. What is your vision as general manager at Casa Dorada?

The hotel business is made up of several components that must be in perfect harmony in order to build a successful organization. One aspect is a staff led with passion and energy. For this reason, we must ensure that they have the necessary resources, as well as the knowledge, and inspiration that will mark the lives of the guests who visit us. If we manage to create unique and unforgettable memories for our guests, they will want to return.

2. What are some of your must-try menu items that you recommend to guests from the dining venues at Casa Dorada?

Taco Baja Urbano is a taco winner; for pizzas, we offer Chicago, Neapolitan, and Sicilian-style (our guests’ favorite), and the sushi.

3. Since you have worked at Casa Dorada, what do you think makes it so special?

Each person who makes up our organization is an ambassador of the brand, and the country and its culture is also represented.

4. Can you describe the award-winning Saltwater Spa experience at Casa Dorada?

At Saltwater Spa, we are proud to present our signature massage, “Saltwater Signature,” an exceptionally relaxing experience that combines the best massage techniques with the healing power of aromatherapy and hot stones.

5. What do you foresee for the near future for Hotel Casa Dorada?

I have observed in recent years an emphasis on certain human needs oriented toward socializing and getting to know new places. I perceive a greater sensitivity towards the environment, and greater curiosity towards what is different. This is unrestricted by the generation to which they belong, which is why we have a clientele of different ages and generations.
