- Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas just added new vegan and vegetarian cooking classes to inspire guests with healthy Mexican recipes for when they return home. The class includes a welcome mocktail, a diploma, recipes to take home and lunch. Other culinary programming includes a 24-hour Tacos & Tamales menu, mixology classes, movie nights under the stars and a weekly market with live Mexican music, clothing stands and local beers on tap.
- Make a splash in four pools, six Jacuzzis and a saltwater lagoon that winds throughout the property with paddle boarding and kayaking. The resort also features mini waterpark with two waterslides and a rope swing. The new Greg Norman Signature course at Rancho San Lucas Golf Club spans three different ecosystems and features ocean views at every hole along with a signature island green.

Guests can book the Luxury Balinese Dinner, which includes a private server and a gourmet candle-lit, four-course meal accompanied by a bottle of wine selected by the resident sommelier ($499/couple). The new Glam Picnic by the Sea experience is complete with a lantern-lit walkway, decorated arch, throw pillows and blankets, hors d’oeuvres and wine or champagne.
