Lead by chefs Doña Elizabeth Sanchez and JW Marriott Los Cabos’ Executive Chef Pablo Hildebrando, the special gastronomy event takes guests on an extraordinary journey combining knowledge, experience, and tradition.
The chefs will implement a special menu in each of the restaurants at JW Marriott Los Cabos including Café des Artistes where reservations are required, and Nak Bar & Grill and Úa Culinary Artisans and in which reservations are suggested. (“Úa” means “home” in the local language of Cochimi, which describes the warm, cozy ambiance as you dine on delicious international fare.)

JW Marriott Los Cabos Executive Chef Pablo Hildebrando considers himself as a passionate avant-garde culinary trendsetter and always seeks to do things with simple creativity. Inspired at a young age, Hildebrando followed his curiosity and eventually pursued a career as a chef in many hotels in Mexico, Dubai and Doha.
